What does Ethnic mean to you?
My ethnicity belongs to Himachal Pradesh in India. So, for me ethnic means taking pride in carrying your tradition or culture. I am so proud to have been born in Himachal Pradesh and seen the diversity of culture in my own state itself.
I love how females dressed up in beautiful traditional attires in all those occasions like weddings, parties, etc. We must stay close to our roots and respect our culture.
Craftsvilla has initiated a beautiful campaign to celebrate World ethnic Day by honoring different cultures, roots, and heritage altogether.
Saree being our national dress is the most gorgeous outfit a woman can carry in my eyes. So here I am immensely glad to present you my very first look in a saree. For this look, I wore a beautiful yellow cotton silk jacquard kanjeevaram embellished designer saree a magenta quarter sleeved blouse by Craftsvilla. Believe you me, this site is worth an applause for their ethnic wear. I am amazed at the product quality, packaging and they are on time delivery. The colors of the saree and the blouse are so vibrant and flamboyant and the material is absolutely remarkable as well.
I styled this saree in the most traditional way and paired it up with the golden earring and gold-toned bangles on both the wrists and gold-toned rings with red painted nails. Trust me, when you wear a saree, you feel the essence of being a woman of your roots. You somehow feel so graceful, so elegant.
I totally felt glorified being a typical Indian girl wearing the most traditional attire of our country.
So on this World Ethnic Day, We all should come together for #CraftsvillaWorldEthnicDay on 19th June and celebrate our cultural diversities by wearing traditional attires or by gifting traditional handicrafts, traditional apparel, etc. and feeling proud of our ethnicity.
